General Policies
We want your experience to be fun, relaxing, and stress-free. There are some house rules that we ask our guests to follow to keep The Retreat @ Covemont a place of refuge for all who come here.
- We ask for a minimum of 2 night stay.
- At this time we do not accept pets unless for medical necessity. There is a deposit required for a pet fee.
- There is a 200.00 damage deposit required which is refunded upon checkout if there is no damage.
- We expect that there are only the number of people staying at the property as prescribed for each home.
- This is not just a rental it is a home to the owners. We ask that each person act as a guest and treat the property and facilities with respect.
